Ingredients
Organic delicata squash
Organic shallots
Organic thyme
Organic olive oil
Organic garlic powder
Pink Himalayan Salt
Recipe
Preheat your oven to 420
Cut the squash, place in a bowl, & evenly coat with olive oil
Pour the squash onto a baking sheet & season with salt, garlic powder, shallots & half of your thyme
Roast for about 35 minutes
