roasted delicata squash with fresh thyme

This recipe is gluten free + vegan.

Ingredients 

  • Organic delicata squash 

  • Organic shallots 

  • Organic thyme 

  • Organic olive oil 

  • Organic garlic powder

  • Pink Himalayan Salt 

Recipe 

  • Preheat your oven to 420

  • Cut the squash, place in a bowl, & evenly coat with olive oil 

  • Pour the squash onto a baking sheet & season with salt, garlic powder, shallots & half of your thyme

  • Roast for about 35 minutes
