maple roasted acorn squash with fresh thyme + sage

This recipe is gluten free + vegan.

Ingredients 

  • Acorn squash 

  • Fresh organic sage

  • Fresh organic thyme 

  • Pure organic maple syrup 

  • Organic avocado oil 

  • Pink Himalayan salt 

  • Organic onion powder 

Recipe 

  • Preheat your oven to 450

  • Cut the squash 

  • In a bowl, coat with avocado oil & maple syrup 

  • Pour the squash onto a baking sheet & season with salt, onion powder, sage & thyme

  • Roast for about 40 minutes & enjoy
